2019 Community Grants
West Marin Fund awarded $145,946 to 31 organizations and groups that seek to level the playing field for disadvantaged and underserved people who live, work and visit in West Marin. Funded activities include community outreach for affordable housing; transportation for isolated seniors to participate in community events; scholarship assistance for pre-school, summer reading, music and science programs; bi-lingual materials for education and mediation services; and inclusive arts for youth. With this 12th round, the Fund has awarded more than $800,000 in Community Grants over the past seven years to nonprofit organizations serving West Marin – all made possible by generous gifts from our donors.
