CLAM DEIJ Organizational Integration: To develop a plan for implementation and evaluation of CLAM’s DEIJ work with the goal of creating an organization that provides true belonging.
Bolinas Community Land Trust
DEIJ Facilitation Funds: To create and train a stewardship team to help the organization unlearn racism, create liberatory structures, and lay the groundwork for lasting institutional change.
West Marin Community Anti-Racist Book Club: To support the continuation of the anti-racist book club run by the West Marin Coalition for Equity and Justice.

Enhancing DEIJ Community Work: To revitalize the Abriendo Caminos program, which provides necessary training and programs for Latinos to fully engage in the community, including governmental systems and non-profit organizations.

Mapping a Park for All: To support PRNSA, a majority white-led organization, in making changes to become more welcoming, for BIPOC staff to safely share their needs and to update the Youth in Parks curriculum to be culturally relevant to youth.
